That such increase should include the appoint- ment of one qualified Chinese medical woman.
That the Chinese dispensaries be invited to
co-operate by advocating modern treatment for Venereal Disease and issuing clinic publicity. As the scheme develops their establishment and organisation could be so extended and adapted
as to provide additional facilities.
That an active campaign of general public health education including Venereal Disease be under-
taken by the Government with the co-operation
of voluntary organisations both Chinese and
European representing both men and women,
directed to all sections of the community.
(N.B.
One representative body in which all existing appropriate organisations are represented would be in a position to carry out an approved Government programme.)
That the co-operation of the British and Chinese
local press be encouraged and a carefully con-
ducted publicity programme carried out by the
authorities.

That films suitable for Medical Students, Parents
and Teachers be secured for educational purposes.

The access of woman to ships in harbour should be prohibited except by permit issued by the Harbour Master and that the police force should be extended to enable the regulation to be enforced.
